Well known community activist retired officer known to the Rocky Mount community as " Miller " committed suicide on Saturday night 11/25/2023. Report's say him and his informant " Dominique Moore known as " D Black " fired a blank hand gun, ran in a persons house and stabbed them selves multiple times with a knife. Both individuals were airlifted to Pitt Memorial hospital where they was pronounced dead from exsanguination. No suspects have been apprehended.
